Bp, Pastors, Assts been talking about the importance and urgency to evangelize and encouraging us to have a passion for souls and would like to add something to it.
We should try and invite the head of families of people we know. We should invite married men or for single mums the mothers, if we are serious about Evangelism and leading the whole family to Christ. I am referring to people we know i.e relatives, friends, neighbours etc.
The reason being from experience, if you invite the head of the family to church even if they are not Christians, they will certainly bring the whole family. I invited a Muslim work mate sometimes back and he brought along his family. Even with my brother-in-law (being a Christian) when invited, if he isn’t working, he brings along my sister, my little nephew, and his friend who also brings along his wife. But on the other hand if one invites maybe the teenage daughter/son they will show up a lone most likely.
This doesn’t mean we should ignore other groups of people, i.e singles etc…. The above is only a suggestion to advance God’s Kingdom and if each and every one of us would invite only one head of the family in a year and if they stay/continued coming, there wouldn’t be room to stand in @ Church.

This is mainly for those at the Croydon branch:
Just a suggestion that after reading your weekly bulletin or the City Newpaper,
please drop your copy at no. 78 - 86 Brigstock Road which is just off London Rd
where the church is. It's the stop before Tesco, that is, if you are taking the bus.
If driving, parking at the back of the building. This is a place where newly arrived
refugees and asylum seekers are housed when they first arrive in the country.
It's the building which is just directly outside the bus stop.
It's not wise to go in and talk to them inside the buildnig though the place is always
opened because talking about Christianity there is termed as being political incorrect....
It's also better to do it over the weekends because so much goes in there during the week.
They normally hang around the building idle and bored. You can even give them bibles and
directions to the church as well. I have done so in the past and they seem to appreciate it.
