Every single minute that goes by can never come back. Every single day can never repeat itself. How can anyone ever entertain the idea that you can do tomorrow what you couldn't do today? What you didn't do today may be too late to do tomorrow...


Don't waste your time. Don't waste other people's time. Focus on what you need to do and do what needs to be done. Gotta talk to someone, call him now. Gotta go to the doctor, what are you waiting for, death?

What is it worth?

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a £20 note.

In a room full of people, he asked, "Who would like this £20 note?"
Hands started going up. The speaker said,
"I am going to give this £20 to one of you, but first, let me do this."
He proceeded to crumple the £20 note up.

He then asked, "Who still wants it?"
Still the hands were up in the air.

"Well," he replied, "what if I do this?"
He dropped the money on the ground and started
to grind it into the floor with his shoe.
He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty.
"Now who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.

"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson.
No matter what I did to the money,
you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value.
It was still worth £20. The same is true about people."



Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled,
and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make
and the circumstances that come our way.
We feel as though we are worthless.
But no matter what has happened or what will ever happen,
you will never lose your value in God's eyes.

To Him, dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless.
Psalm 17:8 states that God will keep us, "as the apple of His eye."

The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we are
but by WHOSE WE ARE!

You are special because you are a child of God.
Don't ever forget it!

The Poem

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.....
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh a at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need
But at last the time, the time to die
I went before the Lord,
I came, I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God held a book;
It was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said
"Your name I cannot find
I once was going to write it down...
But never found the time"

Yesterday, has passed for a reason, forget the past and concentrate on your future. Sacrifice is required EVERYDAY, not just when there's a campaign, because it's your battle against your flesh by living in Spirit, that allows you to achieve your desires.
