Personally i don't want any pet's in my house, any cat's to purr on my leg which is nasty! nor for a dog to lick the food of my plate then lick my face or leave animal hair's around the house even nastier! but when i see in the magazine many dog's stuffed in a cage that are ready to be eaten, bear's who's mouth is bleeding because of having it's mouth dragged with a chain that is used to lead them by the owner, elephant's who are missing tusk's for ivory I HATE THAT! I don't know how men /women can walk around in a coat that is from a real bear or wolf i'd feel sick if that person was to accompany me to go somewhere, opr to be eating food around the jacket or snakeskin trousers i mean some jacket's look nice but to be a real animal is too much!
(oviously cotten from the wool of a sheep is o.k)

There are those who actually want to give human rights to fish.
I don't want you to misunderstand me. I don't want to give animals high priority on the livining tree in the world and things have gotten a little out of control as some take it to a whole diffrent level. I like my pork and steakes. But us humans can avoid such conflicts by for example the cutting of the trees in forests. So many lose their homes, food because of something so simple like cutting a tree down. Those things can be avoided. But your right, there are bigger things and more important things than animals suffering. I see it everyday in my hometown and everyday I try to make a small diffrence.

What gives us the right to mistreat them, when there is no need for animal sacrifice?
We don't have any right to mistreat any of God's gifts to us. Animal sacrifice was not a mistreatment and neither is using animals for food. God was the first one to slay an animal. He used the skins for clothing of Adam and Eve and probably used its blood on an altar.
We need to be good managers of God's gifts to us, treating animals with kindness. There are groups of people who are doing this while remembering humans are above animals. My brother had farms in Massachusetts and New York, near you. He loved animals, yet knew human beings were on a higher level. Last December he died in a farming accident. He is in heaven. The sheep which he raised are not.
I'm responding to this because animal rights activists have gone to ridiculous levels here in California. This gets under my skin. There are those who actually want to give human rights to fish.
I feel terrible about animals suffering but I have to focus on the suffering of humans, as Jesus did. Ultimately, animal suffering is caused by the suffering of humans. As human lives are rescued, and they use the authority God has given them, the natural world around them changes; including the animals.

So what are the purpose of animals now a days since there is no need for animal sacrifice? They were created by god, god feeds them when they are hungry, and was not their way of life, instincts and behavior given to them by god? So why should us humans mistreat these animals that god takes care of. What gives us the right to mistreat them, when there is no need for animal sacrifice?

The Bible says that "a godly man regards the life of his beast." I think there is a sensitivity God puts in our hearts, and for some people that might have helped make the animal sacrifices more powerful.
Some people let their emotions overtake their intellect and they place a higher priority on animals than they should. Animals are not made in God's image like humans are and they don't have the freedom of choice the way we do. Animals are controlled by their instincts. It is important to keep God's perspective regarding man's place in the world. Jesus died for those who would believe Him, which animals cannot do.
I feel terrible about animals suffering but I have to focus on the suffering of humans as Jesus did.
